DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our client is a communication agency that attaches great importance to the search for meaning and graphic designs that reflect the DNA and strategic objectives of its clients. Established in France and internationally, the company offers innovative concepts for all types of sectors of activity.

In this context, the company is looking for a DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER M/F.

You will be the guarantor for the accounts assigned to you and liaise between customers and customer service. You help preserve customer business and develop opportunities. The DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER M/F has the following responsibilities:

Define the commercial and digital strategy of your customers
Coordinate all aspects of the response to the customer brief with particular attention to quality and revenue generated
Liaise with contacts with clients and project stakeholders to define and agree on project contributions, timelines and deliverables
Manage projects internally by working with designers, coordinators, studio managers and other team members to ensure smooth work and a result that satisfies the client's needs
Manage and develop one or more accounts and the resulting portfolios
Manage the client account(s) and develop a strong business relationship with clients through regular and proactive contacts
Continuously work to improve internal processes, communications and the working relationship

Remuneration: According to profile and experience
Location: Paris / Possibility to telework

Education: You have a higher education in Business School, or a Master in Marketing / Digital.
Experience: You have acquired a significant experience of more than 4 years as a Digital Account Manager within a digital brand agency, a consulting firm (Big Four, management consulting firms). You are able to have a proactive approach to business development. The practice of English is imperative. German is a plus.

Qualifications: Organized, you know how to demonstrate a good sense of organization to respond effectively to the large number of incoming requests. You are dynamic, motivated, enterprising and rigorous. Comfortable in discussion and commercial negotiation, you have an excellent customer relationship, and make customer satisfaction a priority. Autonomous and organized, you are endowed with a good spirit of analysis and innovation.
